Sorghum

Sorghum is the world's fifth-most important cereal crop after rice, wheat, maize, and barley. S. bicolor is typically an annual, but some cultivars are perennial. It grows in clumps that may reach over 4 m high. The grain is small, ranging from 2 to 4 mm in diameter.

Green Millet

Green Millet also known as bajra or Pearl Millet (Pennisetum glaucum); today is an enormously important staple cereal for both sub-Saharan Africa and parts of India; and an important forage crop in the Americas. Bajra is one of the most widely grown varieties of millet. It is grown in bulk in Africa and India.

Red Millet

Red millet is a warm season, cultivated grass species. It has been grown for centuries for it seed, as a forage and human consumption.

Yellow Millet

Yellow Millet is the most nutritious grain that is high in starch and easily gets digested. It is very rich in amino acids and therefore used both as human and animal food. As with most grains, millet is available in markets throughout the year.

Rice

Rice is the seed of the grass species Oryza sativa or Oryza glaberrima. As a cereal grain, it is the most widely consumed staple food for a large part of the world's human population, especially in Asia. It is the agricultural commodity with the third-highest worldwide production, after sugarcane and maize.

Maize

Maize (called corn in some countries) is Zea mays, a member of the grass family Poaceae. It is a cereal grain which was first grown by people in ancient Central America. It is now the third most important cereal crop in the world. However, little of this maize is eaten directly by humans.

Wheat

Wheat is a grass widely cultivated for its seed, a cereal grain which is a worldwide staple food. The many species of wheat together make up the genus Triticum; the most widely grown is common wheat.
